Finally I decide to use a 434MHz transmitter and receiver from sparkfun.

They operate oviously in the 434MHz band, a hundred o meters away (in open area) and needs between 2 and 12v feeding and admit 2400 o 4800 bps.

led matrix dance

This is the selected led matrix. It uses the HT1632 LED display controller that support 16 bright level of 24 x 16 leds. The board can by connect to other 3 in order to build a daisy chain block (96×16 or 48×32 or 24×64). It support a SPI like protocol.
